Grandmother.

Hello all, 

I haven’t written in this blog since 2011.

My grandmother (Gran) broke her shoulder so I’ve been staying with her. Although she only lives about four minutes away, it’s like I’m living in a different world. The way she lives day to day is completely different from my day to day living. We do share one thing in common: our love for movies. We sat on the couch and watched two Hallmark movies back to back. It was great. Talking in between commercials and shutting up when the movie came back on. Although sometimes our conversations spilled over into the movie and then into the next commercial break. My Gran knows how to talk. 

I’ve learned a few things since I’ve been here:

1. How to fry an egg- sad that I’m just now learning
2. Female dogs are very protective of their babies
3. It is possible to get frost bite in Mississippi 
4. I can live without the internet

         5. Brownies, even for a second, make everything in life feel right

I've decided to post one video on each blog- favorite song, cute animals, or just plain funny.
